This mod fixes an apparent bug where sims could not "jam" on their instruments with more than two music types (by default, "Jam" and "Blues"). Why this was left out, I don't know - adding them back in was simple enough and appears to work just fine.
Sims will play a different tune for the other types (at least, my test sim with 8 points in guitar skill did - she sucks at the other instruments but the options worked, just sounded the same).
